Not only do these amazing breakfasts kick-start my day, but they are jam-packed with a variety of fruit, seeds and oats that excite my tastebuds. Now I'm not going to sit here and say that my smoothie bowls look as professional as some of the bowls that my girl crush, Alice Liveing, makes and instagrams every day but I'll be the first to tell you that they probably taste just as good!   Don't worry if you don't have a blender, you can get a really cheap and high-quality one from any major supermarket and on Amazon.
